How to make chicken lolypop
Chicken lollipop is a popular appetizer that is easy to make and is enjoyed by many. Here is a simple recipe for making chicken lollipop:
Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon red chili paste
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Salt, to taste
Oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
Clean the chicken wings and remove the skin from the lower end of the bone, keeping the meat intact.
In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili paste, vinegar, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix well to form a thick marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coat them evenly. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chicken wings and fry until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Serve the chicken lollipops hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
